Stage 1 Course in The Autumn Sunshine

Autumn sunshine and a slight chill in the air saw a group attend our Stage 1 course at our exclusive, private, Broad Oak venue. Getting to grips with body positioning and bike handling skills, the chill was soon forgotten as the riders were put through a number of exercises.
Helping riders understand the importance of correct body position and bike handling skills is a fundamental part of our staged approach to getting riders off road. These core skills can be built on and over time will be the foundation of future adventures, whether tackling green lanes or heading out to a desert rallye.
